Smoked Lamb with Raspberry-Mint Sauce
Do you know how hard it is to find a recipe specifically for smoked leg of lamb? They’re so far and few between, and then, most of them are pretty much Greek-oriented. Nothing against Greek or middle eastern food – I love it! – but sometimes, a girl wants some smoked lamb that’s a little different.
Anyway. This recipe is one found specifically for my mom’s birthday – she adores smoked food, and loves leg of lamb. She’s also a fan of raspberries, so when I saw this recipe, I knew we had to give it a go for her birthday. My notes are incorporated into the recipe, but it was a smash hit at our table.
